Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Does Casino Have Liability for Fall on Their Sidewalk?

Fell on face on sidewalk belonging to large casino - apx 5 PM. Fractured front teeth, knocked out. Sidewalk cracked. Large crowd. Casino refused to cover medical bills, but took me to E/R. Casino offered free vacation (2 nights - WOW!), which I refused. Have pictures of sidewalk, and flat shoes worn. Another lady broke ankle same day on this sidewalk, she was at E/R.

Any recourse against casino, to get reimbursed for teeth repair, or am I just out of luck? thanks.

Based on your narration of facts, it is my opinion that you definitely have a good case. Not only will you be reimbursed for your medical expenses, you should be able to sue for pain and suffering and other consequential damages.

Relying upon the facts you have provided, it would appear that the casino would have some responsibility in causing your accident. I would compile all of the medical records and contact a competent professional concerning a potential action. Please let me know if I can be of any further help to you.
