Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

If I received injuries that reqiured surgery due to 4 Casino security officers trying to detain me, do I have recourse? I was trying to defend myself from an individual who left the scene and when officers arrived I was centered out as cause of problem.During this time my left elbow was dislocated from the joint and the tendon severed.

You may have a problem with witnesses. Usually security officers back one another up in their story about what happened.
