What are the time guidelines for claiming injuries from a car accident? What are the neccessary procedures in claiming such injuries?

the statute of limitations is 2 years from the date of the accident. Soft tissue and minor impact injuries usually settle at the amount of the medicals x 3. Serious injuries and major crashes usually settle at least 4 times the medicals. You are also entitled to property damages and incidental damages, e.g., rental car, loss of income, loss of consortium, etc.
