Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Wrongful Death

My 15 yr. old daughter was killed on an ATV. She was not wearing a helmet. There are rumors that my ex (her father who lives in CA) might be coming after the friend who owned the bike, (or me) for Wrongful Death. Would he have a case? Are there other charges he could make?

Could be a negligence suit for negligent supervision.

Could be a child endangerment case as well.
