Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada
I would like to find out who the attorney was who wrote a trust or living trust for my friends?
They lived in Clark County NV. can you refer a reasonable attorney to investigate this matter.
They passed away about a month ago so what is the usual time I should expect to here from the attorney who wrote the trust.
What can of fee would I pay to look in to this?.
