Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Un-excuted or lost will(s)

Uncle died will never excuted. Aunt died 6 months later her relatives are claiming everything. They have legal rep., but the lawyer is unaware of my uncle's side of the family. My uncle had a will, verified by the credit union. What legal rights do I have and what action can be taken to get my uncle's will excuted. Can her will take precedence if his was not filed.

It's hard to follow what you are saying - was the will not signed? That is an unexecuted will - it is worthless. Or has it never been submitted to the probate court? If so, it can still be probated and should be filed with the Court at the very least.

What will this mean to you? I'd have to take a look at the documents to say one way or another. I can be reached after 3:00 pm weekdays.
