My father passed away in Nevada (Washoe Cty). His lawyer gave me a copy of my dad's will - I live in NJ. I went to a bank today to close out an account and they asked for a letter of testamentary - which i don't have. how do I go about getting one from the court in Nevada when I live in NJ
