Re: worker compensation

Everything in workers' compensation related to how ttd, ppd, etc. is to be calculated and determined is outlined in the applicated statutes and code. The actual determination of benefits is done by the private insurance carrier. The insurance carrier is required to follow the statutory guidelines.
