If a person is sentenced to 1 to 2 years and the minimum is suspended but none of the maximum is suspended, how much time does the person serve?

Your talking about a NH prison sentence, right? That sentence doesn't make any sense. Usually, if there is a suspended prison sentence is suspended, its either: (a) all of the minimum and all of the minimum or (b) some of the minimum and none of the maximum. I supposed, under the sentence you described, the person would go to the prison and immediately be eligible for parole, having served his entire minimum. But I've never heard of it and it doesn't make any sense.
