Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

I want to claim my son on taxes this year but on our parental agreement it states that we claim him every other year and its his fathers year. But the agreement also states that he pays no child support and we are to have him 50/50 custody. He has seen his son 4 times this year and has not complied with the 50/50 agreement can I claim him? What are my rights?

You need to get the agreement amended based upon a change in circumstances and due to the failure of the conditions in the initial agreement.
