Grandmother has guardianship whats bio logicals mothers rights

I have a question i live in Indiana my ex husband and his family lives in Hew HAmpshire and my and my ex husband was awarded joint custody and then in 3/00 my ex husband wanted to sign over guardiabship to his mother because he couldnt afford them (my children) and i gavemy consent because of threats made to me my ex mother in law and my ex husband so now she has guardianship and every since then i havent heard from my kids she doesnt call my house anymore i have sent christmas gifts cards and made phone calls to her home and still havent heard from her she wont return my calls nor does she call or return my calls, What can I do as the biological mother? What are my rights? My children are very young and probably dont remember me my daughter does i amsure she was old enough to remember, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Was it a permanent guardianship, a temporary guardianship?

You might be able to get the guardianship revoked, but it's hard to do that.

Certainly you didn't intend to give up all visitation rights, so that's something that the judge could enforce.

Where was the original divorce -- New Hampshire or here?

I need more info to give you better answers. OK?
