land contract

we have a defaulted land contract and are left with the girlfriend not paying anything and the ele is due to be shut off. She will not give us a date she will be out of the property we have to sell the home

I'm not sure what question you are asking. If this is a claim based upon a contract,then you should have an attorney review the contract. If this is an eviction action, then you should also consult with an attorney as the process is highly regulated. A bit more detail may help, but I expect that the unique facts of your case will require detailed analysis by an attorney.
