Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

I need some help from someone who knows new hampshire eviction law

I'm a student, I just got back from my second year of college, and haven't been able to even secure employment for the summer yet. My parents and I don't get along well at all. Now, since they can't control my actions like they could when I was under 18, they are threatening to kick me out into the streets. What I need to know is: by law, am I considered a tenant in my parents house? Can they throw me out without the same ammount of notice that a normal eviction would have? Please help. I could be living in the streets any day now.

Unless you pay rent, you don't meet the definition of a tenant under NH law and neither is it likely your parents would meet the definition of landlords. Accordingly they probably have the right to remove you from their home without notice
