Can will be changed after someone has passed away if their spouse is still alive?

The will of someone who has died can not be changed after their death. However, it may be challenged if there is just cause.

Are you asking if a surviing spouse may change his or her will? If so, that depends upon the terms of the deceased spouse's will and if they mutually agreed to a particular plan of distribution. I suggest that you need to meet with an attorney to review the documents and determine what is appropriate.
