What's better a Life Estate or Power of Attorney to transfer a title

Comparing a Life Estate with a Power of Attorney is like comparing apples to a bananas. A life estate allows one to occupy a property for life and it does not give you the power to transfer title. A power of attorney may give you the power to transfer title.
