1995 i filed a chapter13,I had all my motor vechical surcharges in the plan.I COMPLETED the and was DISSCHARGE 2000 Iam trying to refinace and they did a title search and i had all these surcharges and jugdements from motor vechical how do i get them off

I can get those judgments removed. You have to go into the state court in which they were filed and file a motion with the state court to remove the judgments. It's not an overnight process.
