Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

House

Father died. I was made executive of will. I Was left everything. never changed deed to house.am in bankruptcy 13 now. Do I have to list house. All bills for the house are still in his name or ''present owner''. Can i have the house put in my childrens name or is it too late.

Unfortunately, it may be too late. Bankruptcy Court rules allow the reopening of a petition for inheritances, even if it was completed. I would think that you are being represented by an attorney. If so, speak with him/her. If not, you need to contact an attorney (either me or someone else) to discuss your matter in more detail.
