Bounced Check

Check that I was told that I wrote in Jan 1995 to the Bradless store it was in the amount of 105.00. I have not had that bank in years so I dont even know how to research the check. JB& Ass having been calling my house at keast 4 times a day I have asked them over & over to send me the information and they keep teling me that I just need to send them the check can you please advise me if what to do.

This is how they operate. They regularly try to collect on checks that are past the statute of limitations. Send them a cease and desist letter by fax, if available, and certified mail. If they contact you again after that, except for certain circumstances, then they have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and you can sue them for damages.
