Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

credit card debt

My husband has added my name to his credit cards as an authorized user...I have never signed any paperwork requesting a joint card a/c. In the event he dies, am I oblogated to pay off his balances?

the credit card company will certainly try to get you to pay.

safer to get your name off his credit cards.
