Re: Gym Membership Contract

You have several options each with their own advantages and disadvantages.

You can pay them off, or attempt to settle the debt. You could ignore them. However they could sue you for the money because you may have broken your promises in the contract.

I would need to see the contract and speak with you about the details to give you a precise answer.

Without looking at it further, I would say it would be in your best interest to try to negotiate a settlement where you pay something, but not the whole amount, and where they do not report any negative credit information about you. Remember to always get things in writing.

Why did you stop paying? Did they break a promise first? This could be relevant.

Please email me to discuss your options further and to setup a free consultation.
