Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

assault

i was assaulted by 3 females one was 17. they all jumped me at the malls parking lot and they stoled what i bought. Iknow all 3 of them i caled the police and reported it and i also went to the hospital i have all the paper but the mall didnt capture the fight all you can see is themm coming out behind well we went to court this past monday and they accused me of assaulting them in order to do this they need my address but when they did this prior to court date they went to the police station and used a false addresse with my name. can they get away with this and not get in trouble. can i win my case because they also have a long criminal record.

You may have a strong case - I would have to see the police reports before I could give you a more definite answer. It sounds like these girls just filed the false report to retaliate against you.
