Re: Unsupervised probation

It depends on what the sentencing judge said in imposing unsupervised probation. Often it means that there is no reporting to a probation officer and that the probation department checks the law enforcement computer each month to see whether the defendant has been charged with a new criminal offense and that there being no new criminal charge filed against the defendant during the period of probation the probationary period ends at the end of the term set by the judge
