verbal harrassment / threat ???
One day I was stopped by a stranger and he complainted me for careless driving. He believed that I did not stop at a stop sign. He chased me at full speed after I passed an intersection. He honked impatiently and tried to pull over me. I did not know what had happened. After I stopped, he approached me aggressively. He did not identified himself as a prosecutor or a police officer. But he said he would give me a summon. He asked for my driver license but I refused because I did not know him. He said to me that I'd better throw away my cell phone. At that time I was wearing a headset of my cell phone. He shouted at me and tried to intimidate me as well. He provoked me and cursed me. He was furious and got his temper out of control. I was so frightened by his outrageous behavior. Until I received a complaint in mail, I called up the municipal court and I found out that this man is a prosecutor. What can I do? I am a foregn born American and I feel that I shouldn't be treated like this.

Assuming you witnessed the "prosecutor" driving in a careless manner you may consider filing a Municipal Court complaint against him/her for Careless Driving.
You must however file the Summons (Complaint) within 30 days of the date of the incident (the statutue of limitations for issuing a careless ticket).
Once you make it to court, the "prosecutor" will have the same risk of getting points on his/her license and may think better of the whole matter and dismiss his/her complaint in exchange for your dismissal of yours.
Otherwise, try the case.

Yes, in some cases what the other attorney said may work. I t all depends who is the prosecutor & how well he is known. It is very immportant that you firle a counterclaim in the 30 days.
