bonuses and wages

if another employee (female) bets special treatment (bonus, wages, ect) and other employees get nothing, is that a form of discrimination

You did not provide enough information. Is the female employee doing a better job than the males? Is she the only female employee? Is she the owner's girlfriend? If it's because she's a better employee, then there's nothing wrong. If you have facts that clearly show that the males are being treated worse BECAUSE THEY ARE MALE, then there may be discrimination based upon sex. So, now that you know the standard, you can answer the question, because you have all the facts.
