Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

I was discriminated against for age ...

I am a 19 year old from Philadelphia and I went to the shore with 5 of my friends ages 17 - 21 to rent a property for the summer. The real estate told me that they do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and they don't have group rentals. Is this legal?

There are agents who will rent to you, but you will pay a hefty fee. They are experienced with such renters. And know how to price their product.
