Re: help

This is a fourth degree crime which carries penalties of up to 18 montrhs in state prisona and up to a $25,000.00 fine, plus a loss of your New Jersey driving privileges for up to 2 years. The weight at the time of your arrest is what the police and courts will consider, not the potential dry weight. You should hire a lawyer due to the severe penalties you are facing. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simplyh talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq,-

Re: help

The fact that you have a clean record and the fact that you are young will work in your favor, but you are still facing a potential criminal conviction. Your odds will be better if you have a good lawyer. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
