Re: Underage drinking

If the teenager is under age 18, yes. If the teenager is 18 or 19 years old, no, but they probably should have one because of the serious penalties they may be facing. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: Underage drinking

I would think that a second offense charge warrants hiring an attorney.

Call me if you like.

Re: Underage drinking

The court will probably force him to get one, so I would say so. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
