Who is liable if I gave co-worker wine with dinner at my house and she gets into an accident and gets a dwi after leaving? can I be sued? will my homeowner's insurance cover any liabilty?

Unless this person was obviously drunk and you knew she was going to drive, I don't think you have much to worry about. If you haven't been sued yet, don't worry about it.
