Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

my husband got a parking ticket in ny city. the ticket amount is $115.00 he paid the $115.00 but he was pass the due date and they just sent him a notice of impending default judgment. can they put a public record on him for this penalty fee? the penalty is for $30.00. thank you for your time and help. have a nice day

Yes if he doesnt pay they will suspend his license and possibly put a warrant out for him.
