Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Zoloft and Breathalyzer

I blew a .25 after having three glasses of red wine over

a period of about three hours...at which time I also ate

dinner. I am on Zoloft and recently increased my

dosage from 100 mg/daily to 150 mg/daily. Can Zoloft

bump up the numbers on a breathalyzer test?

Re: Zoloft and Breathalyzer

Zoloft will not affect a Breathalyzer.

However, your situation sounds crazy. 3 drinks will NEVER yield a 0.25.
