I was awared 50% of my spouses postal pension in a divorce settlement and i filed a motion for a lump sum payout the judge dismissed it without prejudice because of missing information can i refile the motion and is their a statue of limitations

No statute of limitations. You can file a motion for reconsideratiion with the new information.
