Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My daughter has residential custody of her two children. She wants to move with me in Pa. She is unemployed and needs help. The fathers has lived in Pa for 4 yrs says moving back to NJ he has two other children that live in PA that will not be moving. Will she have a problem moving with me

If your daughter resides in NJ then she will have to apply for a court order to remove the children from NJ unless the father consents to such a move. Please contact my office so we may set up an appointment and discuss this in greater detail.
