Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I'm going for full custody and my kids dad is locked up with no bail , do u think I will get full custody without him fighting it ??

I assume from your facts that a divorce proceeding has started. While I do not see why you wouldn't get full custody additional facts are necessary.
