Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Is there any way a divorce can be given faster then the 6months wait in the state onNJ. and if i moved out and left stuff at the apartment we had and came back the next day and he threw it all away is he responsible for replacing it or giving me money for it

There is no "required" six month waiting period. If everyone is in agreement, it can be done much faster. Claims for personal property would need to be determined in the context of the divorce proceedings and would be one of the issues that should be discussed with your attorney.
