Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband and I have filed for divorce and I want to move from my primary residence but he is refusing to allow me to go with our 8 year old daughter. I have agreed to joint custody with no child support. Do I have a legal right to have my daughter 50% of the time in my new residence?

If I were you I would immediately filed for a temporary order of custody for your child.

Fifty per cent of the time is the least that you are entitled to. If an action for divorce is pending

you should file a motion in that matter. Perahps you do not have an attorney.
