Attorney Antoinette M. Wooten is a member of the NJ State bar as well as the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of NY and all District Courts in NJ.
She is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and was a member of the Moot Court Honour Society.
Miss Wooten has experience representing clients regarding violations of the fair housing act; discrimination based on age, race, gender, national origin and disibility. She has also represented clients in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies; employment contract disputes; whistle blowing and unfair labour practices.
While attending law school Miss Wooten worked at the NYS Department of Labour's Umemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
She has taught as an adjunct professor at John Jay College and the College of New Rochelle.
Miss Wooten is a board member of the Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals, a not-for-profit organization designed to provide pro bono assistance to urban communities.
Senior Counsel Marcel Florestall is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he was co-editor of the Fordham Corporate Law Journal.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Florestal is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Florestal is a member of the Tax and Entertainment Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Florestal was employed with EMI Capitol Music Group where he gained vast experience in the Entertainment Industry. Some of the notable contracts that Mr. Florestal handled while at EMI include those of Tina Turner, Garth Brooks, and Bob Seger. Subsequent to law school, Mr. Florestal practiced tax and estate planning with Deloitte & Touche, Tohmatsu LLP.
