Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My mother wash receiving child support for me until i graduated from college just like my siblings before me. She recently passed away and i have one year left of college. What happens to the child support? also does it change if i go on my fathers health insurance? would it be better to get insurance through my school?

Child support is no longer payable by your father once your mother passes away. However, your father may still have an obligation to support you. Since you will need to discuss with your father getting on his health insurance, why not discuss with him how your college expenses will continue to be paid.
