Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am owed $60,000 from my ex-wife per a divorce judgment. It stated that she had three years to sell the marital home and pay me the difference ($60,000). She has recently sold the house through a short sale and is now claiming the money owed is going to be discharged, is the money still owed and how can i claim it? People have told me possibly through a lein, garnishing of wages or through monthly payments.

Mike
