Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hi, recently divorced after long battle. Self-employed, just picked up my own individual, basic policy, after being under exe\'s policy, which was a great policy. Our 11 year old is under his policy. I am custodial parent. I do the day to day, sick, up at 3:00 in the morning with a vomiting child, while he frolicks with the 3rd soulmate in year and a half. \n\nAnyway, I tried to call Horizon to get updated cards, as he refuses to give them to me -- yes, for his son\'s sake -- can you believe that -- due to HIPA laws they cannot even answer a question if I need a referral for dermo and chiropractor, as he needs to go to both, nor will they give me updated cards. They sent me a form to have him sign, giving me authorization to call and inquire in reference to our SON ONLY. He refuses to do so. I told him I am not calling to check on you and see what psychiatrist you are seeing this week, i could care less. it\'s all about our son. But of course, being the upstanding law enformcement officer he is, he refused. Do I have any recourse? I am getting ready to file a motion -- have done a few already, unfortunately, will the Judge knock it down, or does he have to sign? It is insane that I take care of our son and do all the drs\' visits, et cet, since he was born, and now that we are divorced I can\'t get any info. Please, I hope I do!!!\n\nThanks for your time, and sorry for rambling.\nHave a great day.
