Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Relocation on custodial parent and child out of state.

My wife has a 9 year old from a previous relationship.( they were never married nor lived together) She receives court ordered support and we would like to move approx. 60 miles away into another state. The father has visitaion 2 weekends a month and 2 weeks a summer. Can we move and how?

If the court did not address the issue of parental relocation, then she can move.
