Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been separated for 6 months and have full custody of our 4 year old daughter. I plan on getting divorced within the next 6 months. currntly my ex sees pur child every 2 weeks for no more than 5 hours at his convenience. i have a deeling he will not be able to make regular child support payments when we do get divorced. i was thinking of relocating with my daughter, afterwards, out of the state of New Jersey. Is there any advice you can give me to avoid frustration and/or further litigation at that time? Possibly something I might want to include in the divorce papers?

The only advice I can give is that there is no reason to handle this matter without a lawyer. You are playing with fire if you do. If this case is really that simple, you can get divorced for as little as $1200 in legal fees.
