Unemployment Ended

my unemployment has ended and i am still unemployed am i obligated to come up with the child support money, my wife and i are separated if she takes me to court, what can the courts make me do or not do, we have not file for divorced yet, we heard we had to wait 18 months, can she get a legal document from regarding the child support which at this point we do not have and forced me to come up with the money.

Apart from filing for divorce, your wife can file an FD (non-dissolution) complaint for child support. The Judge will then have the discretion to order you to pay child support based on your actual income, or based upon an imputed income (income that you may not be earning currently, but which the Judge might believe you should reasonably be earning).
