waived paternity

my sons father signed off on the birth certificate and when i went for child support, he waived the paternity test and when we went back to court the documents said that paternity was already established. now he is taking me back to court to have a paternity test after seven years, my questions is can this be done.

He can go back to court but that does not mean that he will be allowed a paternity test. You need an attorney.
