Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My wife and I purchased 65 acres, a farm and house from my parents 3 years ago, my mortgage rep advised me my wife MUST be on the deed, but did not have to be on the mortgage. She has never paid a penny to the mortgage. My parents gave me the property for what was left on their original mortgage, my mom lives with us as part of the agreement. Now my wife and I are going through a nasty divorce, is there any way out of buying her out? Or a partial buy out. Live in NJ. Please let me know if you need any further information.

You need a divorce attorney who also knows real estate law and estate law.

You need to hire that lawyer immediately. This is serious, and could cost you a lot of money, and cause your family farm and home to be taken and sold without your consent.

Call my office, come in and see me.
