Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I lent a piece of equipment to someone, business to business, as a show of good faith and now they will not return the equipment. I think they may have even sold the equipment. I have witnesses to the lending of the equipment. Can I file criminla charges?

You have both civil and criminal causes of action. You can bring the matter up in municipal court. That might be the fastest way to get resolution.
