Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I was sending provocative messages to people that contained intimate videos of my boyfriend and I. I never gave his face, name, age, location, it where he works. He found out after getting into my email account and is threatening to sue for exploiting me. Would this be considered exploiting if there is no detail given about him and you can not tell it is him in the videos?

It can actually be a crime. I had this same case a few years ago. The State came after my client hard. Might want to think about getting a lawyer sooner rather than later. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768
