Hello I'm 20 years of age and i have a friend who lives in Guyana, i was wondering if there is anything like an invitation visa/ticket i can buy for her to come here for 3 weeks?

If you are inviting her here for a holiday she can apply for a visitor's visa which is the B-2 visa.

If she is your fianc�e, then you would have to apply for a K-1 visa for her.
