Hello !! I am Dipesh Patel from Edison (New Jersey) USA. U.S Border Patrol caught me on March 2011. I have no Status on USA. I am Going to India for Voluntary Departure Bond on section 240B immigration and Nationality Act (ACT) . immigration Judge gave me 3 month time period until July 29 2011. If I married before I leave this Country any Citizen Women Can I get any Extensions for time period. You will have to ask the judge to reopen your case before you can attempt to adjust your status through your wife which will be extremely difficut because, as the attorney stated above there will be suspicion of marriage fraud.
