Hi my friend come here on b1b2.. and he is Stay in us 36 month so his visa is expired,, so any other chance to he get visa renue or any other visa he get legaly..

He cannot renew his visa in the US, but depending on your friend's age, family history and employment history, he may be eligible for other benefits.

With the information you have given the simple answer is NO, we cannot change him to another visa in the US. I would recommend that you invest in a consultation with an immigration attorney to find out IF there is some other basis for him to gain status.
