i am a student here n i want to marry to someone who is not legal here.So after marry to him is there any way that he can be legal .He belong to india .

No, there is no way the person in illegal status can become legal after marrying you, a foreign student on F1 visa.

If your future spouse is illegally in USA, after marriage, they will not be able to change status to your dependent F2.
